The following is a chart I've developed to demonstrate the five-part structure of Matthew's Gospel. It is possible, although not certain, that Matthew presented his Gospel as a new Torah composed of five books, just as the Pentateuch (Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers, Deuteronomy).
